RENT, the musical vs. RENT, the movie:
Hm. So I saw RENT on Broadway Tuesday. It was an amazing experience, we had AWESOME seats, and I really liked a few of the actors, especially the Mark and Roger and Moreen. But, you know, in the end I really liked the movie better.
There was just some... unnecissary stuff. More cursing, more racy stuff, and none of it added anything to the story line at all. Also some of the scenes flowed better in the movie. Also I really disliked the girl who played Mimi when we saw it.
But... yeah. Movie wins.
Maybe after we get back from camp we can go see Phantom of the Opera.
